By accessing or using the services of Elite Vero Beach Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services

Elite Vero Beach Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services are subject to availability and proper scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if you request changes to the original scope of work. We provide written estimates that detail materials, labor, and timeline. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit to schedule work and begin purchasing materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover our costs. Changes to the project scope during work may affect pricing and timeline.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties on installation as specified in your service agreement. Warranties cover defects in our work but do not cover damage from improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Liability

Elite Vero Beach Concrete carries comprehensive liability insurance to protect you and your property. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage during our work. In the unlikely event that damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you and our insurance company to resolve the matter fairly.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area for our equipment and crew. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles before our scheduled arrival. You are responsible for identifying and marking any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure that could be affected by excavation or concrete work.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule or delay work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that would compromise quality. We will notify you as soon as possible about weather-related delays and work with you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. Permit costs are typically included in your estimate unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with any homeowners association rules or deed restrictions. We recommend checking these requirements before starting work.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work or services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, we agree to pursue mediation before taking legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
